Giacomo would bring a happy ending to a career that has been both bashed and required a good deal of patience from his owners....but it would also require Bernardini to loose which would flat out suck.

i am confident invasor will win.
but it would be very funny if giacomo won and then retired. he would have had one of the most incomprehensible careers in the history of the sport. we would be forced to say....this horse was slow and accomplished absolutely nothing......except - of course - for winning the 2 most important races in the country. that would be interesting.
