And by the way.. Everyone should stop betting immediately! Duane’s release states that until this bill becomes law, he urges "everyone to refrain from wagering on any horse that is being dosed with Lasix - or worse.’’

Sounds like Mr. Duane is trying to be PETA's 'Man of the Year'.............incredible that this will even see the light of day.
