Birdbirdistheword and Kugelis, in a barn fire. Tow other horses were lost but I'm afraid they aren't named here.

Magic Maid (GER), a 3 year old filly, after finishing last at Brighton (she broke her leg just past the finish line)... Midnight Blews, a 6 year old gelding, at Worcester... Walleyed, a 4 year old gelding, at Ayr...
