Do you know the reason for this? I haven't heard/read anything.

And....in a related matter....why don't he and Calabrese just realize that they were made for each other, let bygones be bygones, and get back together?

might have been mentioned but Calabrese taking 48 horses from Calder to Monmouth, and I guess Canani with him
