This is really quite amazing. Fallon banned the morning of the race by a British appeals court that upheld an injunction by the owner of Native Khan after Fallon took off his horse to ride for Aidan O'Brien.
http://www.racingpost.com/news/horse...rt/866318/top/ Of particular note... "The contract that Fallon signed with Araci (the owner), allowed the owner to call on the jockey to ride his horses when possible and that he would not ride against the horse in any race...The judges concluded that damages would not be suitable and that Fallon "deliberately and cynically" disregarded the contract he had signed." For someone who was off riding for a racefixing trial followed immediately by an 18-month drug suspension, all of which ended not that long ago...who does this guy think he is? |

Fallon is a bit of a head case - I think he was in court earlier on this week as he was supposed to be getting a driving ban. He must know the court system very well.
As for the Derby, great race, some celebration by Barzalona. It looks like he starts celebrating yards before the line and while he was still in 2nd place. One thing for sure is he is a fantastic talent..

Since we're talking about the jocks (wonder how Ryan is feeling right now...) cheers to Adam Kirby for his win on Fanunalter.
