What are your thoughts on Uncle Mo's Returning Race?

I must have missed the Uncle Mo retirement press release. Just brilliant criticizing the bazillionaire who's new to the racing game and looking to spend dough. From reading some comments here, you'd think Repole is some combination of Mike Gill and Mr. Burns or something.

Since you seem so enamored with him, what is it exactly you like so much? Maybe I'm missing something.

I've yet to really see anyone say anything other than he is spending money.

He's spending boatloads of cash, he's a New Yorker, he seems to actually care about the welfare of his horses, and most importantly, is a huge St. John's guy. Oh, and he hates the Yankees. So what if he has some bravado?
