Did someone just claim that BYU isn't a mid-major? BYU, who's leaving the Mountain West for the freaking WCC next year? BYU is the definition of mid-major.

I'm not sure what your point is, but if it was somehow that BYU isn't a mid-major, you're pretty wrong. Just because Steve Young played there doesn't make BYU suddenly a power school. That's like saying USF isn't a mid-major because Bill Russell once wore the uniform.
Anywho, for anybody who's followed college basketball more than five minutes, a "mid-major" is any team not in a BCS conference. The end.
