Moondrifter, a 5 year old gelding who was running for a 5k tag at Mountaineer today (Race 5).

Feisty Suances in Race 8 at Santa Anita today...

Geez Feisty Suances? That's a shame. He's a cute little horse. I remember him running against Pioneerof the Nile in the San Felipe and wondering what the heck a "suance" was. Judging from his sire's name/pedigree, they must've meant "séance."

Looks like FS got pulled up and vanned off last year. If he's okay after this round, it might be time to call it a day.
