Bernardini went slow in his last work also just before the JCGC. I think that they are trying to back the horse off a little bit because he won't be on the lead in the BC Classic.

You had me worried there for a minute BTW. I was going to have to do some serious thinking about where I wanted to use Bernardini in my bets if your scenario of Bernardini's workout was the case.
