The new Republican, conservative Governor of Florida, Rick Scott (yes, the guy who stole from seniors as a healthcare bigwig) is all about slashing spending in his state. So he wants to cut prescription drug abuse monitoring (oxycodon, that type of thing).
Kentucky is having a fit today, because that reopens up a huge pipeline of illegal drugs feeding right back up here to all the other states, after this state has spent millions of dollars, and multiple years, trying to get it under control. Massive budget cuts - it's gonna be fun.

What in the world are you talking about? Yes, I do indeed cherish people not being drug addicts and I do cherish it when prescription medications are not illegally diverted and illegally sold. Don't you?
