Yes, but only for Gulfstream.

Mine has been freezing up the last hour or so. Just for a couple seconds but enough to really annoy during a race.

I think the winter is the time of the year for sunspots, I'm not sure that is the reason but it could be.

It is something to do with a strong magnetic field that messes with satellites in the atmosphere
