![]() By the way, Red Ruler is running at Te Rapa this Saturday in his last race before the G1 Zabeel Classic here in Auckland on Boxing Day. The great races are so close now. 11 stakes races over the two days at Ellerslie on December 26 and January 1. |

What a brave performance. Great race by Cellarmaster as well. Red Ruler was 4th in his race. He had a huge weight and it was a distance way short of what he likes best, so he had excuses. And he finished the race really strongly. |

The Telegraph is on January 22. That'll be his next start.
And I'll be flying down to see that race. I've never been to Trentham before, so that's exciting. |
