Oh, good one! Others that make me crazy: "it's" vs. "its" and "lie" vs "lay." I won't even go into "less" vs. "fewer." Makes my eye twitch.

Back in the news...Hastert took 2 hours and 40 minutes...hmmm
Reynolds? A bit longer.

If the photo at the top of this page doesn't say it all...

Well, you implied that Hastert's 'lawyered up' as if that automatically made the case against him. The 'drama' of the public courtroom bothers me,no matter who the subject may be!

Timm,
If you took anything I said as an implication rather than what I actually said, that's not on me.
The reality is that I believe in the legal process.."liberty and justice for all".
If there has been a "cover-up", it will be found.
By the way..if you read the article I cited, you might note that Hastert's testimony did not happen in a "public courtroom".
It was behind closed doors.
I'm still investigating those that sit on that committee regarding their party affiliations.

DTS: the photo you displayed was Hastert and lawyer coming from the deposition, correct? And then you write " if that picture doesn't say it all". What were YOU trying to say? The drama of the public courtroom was the picture of the "public courtroom" as being ''tried in the press". So..what were you trying to say?
