Evidence is 50% off the claim and a 50% winning percentage. It isn't like he is dropping them in class.

Philly's testing procedure's are lackluster at best.

Just a question...regardless of the cost, is there a particular type of testing out there that could detect the designer performance enhancers that these guys are suspected of using?
