Nothing, but if one questions if a horse(a board favorite) if they can get a distance, it becomes an interesting half hour of mud slinging of particular body parts.

When I read your original post this AM, it really bothered me. I know nothing of the owner/trainer, but at least on the surface it all seemed rather . . . unseemly.

Checking back on the board a short while ago I was stunned to see 3 pages, and thought to myself, WoW! This story sure has gotten a lot of attention! I have to see what everyone was able to find out about it. But instead . . .

Hopefully the newfound attention on Andrew Davidovich and Violet Eyed Diva will pay off for her.

I don't know if you remember Alpena Magic... the 17 year old horse who was entered at Ellis a couple of years back?

I think the horsie boards had something to do with all the negative press and within a few days he was scratched, bought by the owner of Ellis, retired and made an Ambassador for the ractrack.

Here's hoping this old girl will have a similar fate.
