I think its great, more bad money = better prices. The 10 cent supers at Meadowlands have resulted in payoffs of $117 for 10 cents (with an 8-1 over the the top 3 choices) and $75 for 10 cents (the top 3 choices and a reasonable longshot). Don't think they'd have paid as high with the previous $1 entry fee.

I agree, you will get alot of free $10 with people getting out of control. It also helps from a structure standpoint, if all you bet is pick fours, you can essentially play of your tickets for $3 and a couple back up wagers for $0.50....

I noticed the same thing this year at the Scioto Downs meet. The 10 cent Supers consistently paid well when one compared the odds on the top 4. I will not play them, but I may take a stab or 2 at a 50 cent Pick 4. Why not when one can get aggressive for a small amount?
