Steve, I didn't want to quote your entire post because I wanted to discuss only one element of it.

What do you think of the Union Square Hospitality Group's presence at Saratoga this year? The group has an eclectic set of restaurants and eateries. Blue Smoke is probably of most interest to you as it relates to your stand. Shake Shack is a different genre, but it is OUTSTANDING! The line outside its Upper West Side location stretches around the block at night and on weekends.

Blue Smoke is great...Shake Shack is a lot of hype.

The hype is deserved in this case.

Steve,
... your menu is by far the best value on the track....the sandwich with beans and slaw....some hot sauce... and a beverage from a nearby cooler... mmmm can't beat it...Have I eaten enough of them to be counted as a regular??

A regular? To para-phrase 'Sonny' in 'Goodfellas'.. "Another 10 minutes and you could be a picnic table.."
