Just back from Big A. What a fun day and huge effort out of Lloyd. He did change his leads on cue without any problem, Mig said he dug in late and did not want to lose, and you have to love that! Steve, said he came out of the race fine. Once again he broke so well and since no one really wanted the lead Mig went for it and said he went along very easy. It is only a matter of time before we get in the winners circle.

Again a terrific day with the DT faithful, great time hanging out with Michelle, Chris and his wife, Kenny P, JD and crew, pgiaco (nice effort late on your firster), and I finally got to meet Joey (A-team). I got some pictures today, but downloading and figuring out how to post is a whole different story, will try to get them up.

Thanks again to Steve, Chuck and Gary. What an unbelievable day to have one run (especially like that) on Wood/Carter day!

Congrats again to the Dee Tee group on another great race by Lloyd. The Mig was great and nothing but nice/encouraging words about Lloyd. It was very exciting as they were coming down the stretch. It was so nice meeting some of you (i can't believe I missed Joey). Also many thanks to you Steve, my son absolutely loved the paddock and was looking to go back down every race after the second. Thanks again, it was a great day (although it could hve been a little warmer). Here's a few pictures.

74 Beyer..

Wonderfully full and entertaining day at AQU Saturday. Thanks to Gary, Chuck, Mig, Paul, Javier and everyone who came out and everyone who rooted along.

Lloyd exited the race in great shape and got back to Belmont full of energy. Am staying by Gary's tonight and will check on the colt in the morning. It was a terrific effort as the handsome red continues to improve and mature. Channing Hill won the race for Hertler and Calvello by moving when he did. Had he waited much longer, it's highly doubtful that he gets past Lloyd later.

Don't believe we all could be much prouder of having a horse in on Wood Day to start with, let alone run as he did. In addition to the great photos from Matt, Gene Vidi, Dave Harmon and Skip Dickstein will all have shots to add from the fun outing. Hope everyone enjoyed the day...

That was the thing that struck me the most. When he came back to the paddock after the race he still looked like a million bucks. He didn't seem tired at all. He looked fresher than some of the horses that they were bringing in for the third. Overall it was a strong performance and he shouldn't be a maiden much longer. Congrats and thank you again.

Real fun time yesterday! The Dee Tee crew was absolutely bonkers in the winner's circle as Lloyd made his stretch drive. Think that was the first time my son got that "rush" from racing. Was great.

Big thanks to Gary, Steve and Chuck. Was a great call by Durkin too.

Looking forward to the next run.
