I'd like to see what she could do with some new shoes from Wolfson.

Wasnt Robert Perez that used to enter some slugs into the TC Races in the 1980s or so....I think one was Cupicoys Joy...This guy makes him look like a real trainer... |

When I saw this thread I thought it was someone trying to rile up BTW.
What a joke.

It wasn't confined solely to the TC races.. take a look at Jed Forest among many others.. "Every time I enter a horse, they think we're crazy, we're stupid, we don't know what we're doing," said the Argentina-born Perez from his box seat yesterday before the race. "I enjoy that." |

Other Perez notables:
Ulises, another Panamanian wonder horse who ran in the classics. Might have hit the board in the Dwyer or Jim Dandy. Malthus, who placed in the Jim Dandy and Travers. Secreto De Estado, who ran in the Travers, possibly the classics. Caponostro, speed horse that started in the Champagne and possibly the BC Juvenile. Agincourt, trained by Nick Zito, won the Futurity, got dusted by Arazi in the BC, possibly made it to the Derby or Belmont. Mil Kilates, an older mare. I think he bought some culls from Allen Paulson as well. I remember him having some Strawberry Road filly that was well meant at one point. |

Don't forget Forested, she beat Serena's Song home in the 95 BC Distaff.. Pana Brass, Teletable, Prince Heaven, Warn Me and Astudillo also deserve some mention.. |

Joy--who lead the boys in the KY Derby for about a mile before she faded ... Whoever mentioned this earlier was correct ... |
