Every race he's been in, he turns his head to the right coming off the far turn. It's as if something in the stands or the stands itself distracts him. He certainly has the speed.
We found a great sports bar here in Hilton Head that was willing to give us one of their big screen tv's so we could watch the race. The place was filled with NCAA fans. Nice place, friendly owner, good food and drinks, fair prices -Callahans on New Orleans Road if you ever have the need to watch a race in Hilton Head.  Better luck next time, LD.

About an hour from home and can report that Lloydobler came out of the race in terrific shape. This was a very positive and forward-going effort for the colt who pretty much had the pace scenario forced on him via his sharp break from the inside post. He was decidedly more mature today in several ways, including the delayed lead change at the sixteenth pole which appeared as the 're-rally' to hold third.
Thanks to Gary, Mig, Paul and Javier and everyone that was able to come out. More later, and I'll will try to get Mig to post his thoughts too.
