In the movie spoof Trropic Thunder, Kirk Lazarus(Robert Downey,Jr.) described how an actor playing a mentally handicapped individual should approach the role. He said, "You never go full ******, man".
Against the conventional wisdom of Kirk Lazarus, Sean Penn has successfully assumed such roles in his professional career on a couple of occasions and has earned much deserved critical acclaim. Unfortunately for Sean Penn, he has assumed the role of full ****** in his personal life on far too many occasions to less than stellar reviews among the general public.

The hollywood folks who like to pretend to be experts in the political arena, especially this clown need to remember one thing, they are simply Court Jesters. They entertain us and that's it. Stick to acting Sean.
