It is highly doubtful that AEG will get the deal. Looks like it is going back to square 1. As long as the politicians insist on getting something in return for awarding the contract, it is hard to believe that this will happen anytime soon. What remains to be seen is if the State will fund NYRA as it promised it would do for its failure to have an operator in place by now.
