money well spend no doubt! Recovery Act Accountability and Transparency Board $84,000,000 Energy efficiency federal vehicle fleet procurement $300,000,000 i wonder how old the vehicles they replaced were, and i wonder how many miles they have to drive before they 'save' the first penny? after all, if you spend 30k or more per vehicle, to replace vehicles that didn't need replacing, how efficient is that really?
