Little Who trivia here..The song..Baba O'Riley, was named by Pete for two different people. One was the leader of a religion he was involved with at the time named Baba something or other. The O'Riley was for Terry O'Riley, who composed the synthesizer portion of the song.

And here I always thought it was for Bruins tough guy Terry O'Reilly.

the album cover where they took a piss on the concrete thing..that was unheard of rebellion in those days..you just didnt do that..very cool imo

i liked the Who, they did a good job. i just not a fan of the extended halftime crap. as far that goes, i'm not a fan of the 4 hr. pre-game crap. just show me the freaking game! and do a good job. all the freaking commercials. the game has no rhythm to it.

It is certainly a long day, but that is what horse racing is for. Santa Anita ended right before kickoff and we were putting 2$ in each and everyone was getting a horse. It was quite fun.....

How about Pearl Jam. They could stay with the 60 something theme and go with the Allman Brothers but they would only play one song and probably go too long.
