Pretty irksome situation. I am blocking IP and Email addresses based on the activity of them, but this is the 3rd different entity. Still working on not allowing new but unapproved registrants access to the PM system. That's the long term solution.

I think I just figured out how to change a setting that will prevent unapproved registrants from PMing!! I'm confident that will end this problem...
