The press reports South Carolina Congressman Joe Wilson of "You Lie!" fame was out last weekend on the radio, again raising the "Obama isn't really a citzen" crap .... sigh ...

And the all-white Sons of the Confederacy member Joe has promised the press he will behave during tonight's State of the Union. He says he is a man of good manners.
