At least we'll be able to tell the real skanks from the pretenders. The real ones won't speak (hushed by Tiger $$), the false ones coming out of the woodwork hoping for their 15 minutes will.

So you're saying that some of these women that have come out so far have not actually had affairs with Tiger? If that's what you're saying, I think you are totally wrong. These tabloids are not going to pay big money for false stories.

If some woman comes out of left field and claims she had an affair with Tiger, a tabloid is not going to simply takes the woman's word for it. If the woman doesn't have some proof, the tabloid is not going to buy the story.

I'm saying we'll be able to tell by if they "talk freely" or not. If they are real, Tiger $$ will buy their silence. If they can be bought and talk to the tabloids, I'll guess not real or a one-night stand he doesn't sic his lawyers on to purchase silence.

But a few of them have already talked openly to the tabloids. Jaimee Grubbs sold her story along with the voice-message and all the text messages. The waitress at the Florida diner sold her story and did a long interview with some British tabloid.

As I had said in an earlier post, it would have been easy for Tiger's sponsors to stick with him if there was just one or two isolated incidents. But now that 9-10 affairs have come out and all these uglies details have come out, it's going to be very hard for these sponsors to stick with him. Why would they stick with him? His name is "dirt" right now.

Anyway, none of the sponsors have officially dropped him yet but there are some early signs that it may happen soon. This Bloomberg article says that marketers have pulled all Tiger Woods' ads from prime-time television. I think it's just a matter of time before all of his sponsors start dropping him, one by one.

I think that any of these sponsors are free to terminate his contract at any time because practically all of these endorsement deals have clauses in the contract stating that the contract can be terminated by the company if the person engages in any type of inappropriate behavior.

Morals clauses... In this economy I'd be looking for an out if I had him.. This may be the most expensive tail in history.

Is this some sort of admission? Are you woman #10? Wow! This would be the biggest thing around Nerdy Trail, since the Big Contest of '08.
