They probably all thought they were the one he would eventually divorce for. As soon as they heard the other woman might be someone else, each of them realizes they weren't that special to him. That means look out brotha.

Before now, even if he had told them to "fk off already," they probably didn't want to be seen as loose. Now that they think there were others, they know they weren't ever special to him. So, now it's worth it to them (being called loose.)
