That was huge for CC and the Yanks. Rollins and Victorino get on to start the inning off and then CC retires Utley, Howard and Werth to get out of it.

Very entertaining game (I know very easy for me to say). Really have to tip your hat to the Yanks (especially Damon for getting on and Arod for getting him in) for the 2 out rally against Lidge in the 9th. Cause chances are if the Phills get out of it, they probably win it in the bottom of the 9th with the top of the order versus Coke and Hughes.

Phils are only hitting home runs with nobody on (Tex-Style.) That's what we did against them in the last series. This is a choke by the Phils. Lidge didn't throw those bad pitches in the last series. Should of made them hit that slider. Was he waving off that pitch? Burnett coming up witch in game #2 started your problems. Hamels giving it up in game #3 hurt. Ya didn't hit Pettite like ya should. Ya choked with 2 men on n' no outs in game #4. Lidge doesn't go down with his best pitch in the 9th of game 4. Too much chokin' , and poor decision making. Where TF did this come from? That's gunna be huge next year. They won't be as intimidating in the post. They can still win next year, but I don't think other teams are gunna choke for them as much as they have (i.e. a good closer like Street isn't gunna choke now against you.) Face it, the Philly offense choked when faced with an equally good offense. They haven't had to give up that edge like that. They didn't respond. Burnett put them asleep, and they've been laying ever since. Thought they'd play better. They're asleep. Yanks are about to prove that if ya keep buying enough whores, you'll finally buy a good fk. There's been a lot of different versions of this Philly team this year. Other than Lee's game 1, this is the version the Dodgers beat 4 out of 7 in the regular season. Other than Burnett, I don't think it was the Yankees pitching that gave you the choking bug. Phils enjoy being intimidating bullies, and they just weren't comfortable playing another bunch of bullies. They didn't like it. Were out of their comfort zone. Quickly Find the thug bully in ya, or die. Better find it, or next year you will be in trouble, too.
