Also a private company built our electrical grids and provides service for a substantial fee. Schools we haven't figured out yet but are thinking of ways to rid the town of those pests known as children. So we're trying. Oh and we do have well water and a large lake that is cleaner today than it was 40 years ago. Guess we don't fit in with the new U.S. full of hope!
