Some people love to live in the past and try to draw on it. Yeah, Jackson and Sharpton definetly fit the bill of Oh my god, white people had slaves and they were black. I'm black, and I stand for all blacks that this was wrong. Nevermind its 2009, I'm livin in the past.

What Rush said bout Donovan was not out of line totally but rather a little on the edge. Been better unsaid. Why don't all these "I'm lookin out for my black brothers and sisters" people like Sharpton and Jackson take a cue from Stephen Smith. Don't critize what he said till you know it.

Sometimes I think Rush takes it over the edge and come across wrong when it comes to race issues. I've been a regular listener since 1993, so I qualify to have an opinion. I also know that he is an equal opportunity fun loving basher. He has numerous black friends and has held his ground, albeit rough on the edges, since day 1.

I also know I would not trust Sharpton nor Jackson with nothing of mine, nothing. Scum will be defined in due time by them, living in the past rallying a race to look back and say how dare they, those white people. Yeah, nobody ever talks bout how African Tribal Leaders sold THEIR OWN to the Dutch.

I could go on and on and on......................

According to Al Sharpton owning the NFL is a priviledge, so is playing.

You give felons a second chance, but not a conservative talk show blow-hard?

Who replaces Rush when he goes on vacation? I rest my case.

i find it interesting that players and i think even the players association is speaking out about this and many saying they would never play for him. I think if the checks he writes are big enough, they will play!

saw on espn that only 1 ownership group (the steelers) had owners that backed obama, so yes Rush will fit right in!

Another reason to root against Pittsburgh

Who cares what Al Sharpton says. He is a proven scumbag. But his political view s are tolerated because of the freedoms that we all share as Americans. Sorry Brockguy.

7 players have spoken out and said they would not play for him. Wow, where will they find the players to play if they get ownership?
