It's a shame 'Bama and Florida don't play each other in the regular season. Guess we have to wait for the SEC title again.

they seem to have been 'zorned'. a team that holds another to 13 points ought to come out with a win....jordan jefferson looked very much like a rookie last night. a bye week, so maybe the tigers can get their O in line. but texas or 'bama should be #1 in my opinion.

the worst part of watching that game last night was the lovefest between verne and all things tebow. i dislike having to deal with 3+ hours of the announcers showing a decided bias towards one team, regardless of who it is.

They were tame compared to Thom Brennaman in last year's title game. The Tebow slobbering is reaching Favrian levels. He seems like a nice enough guy but it's a lot of fuss for a QB that can only run gimmick plays and has no shot to make it in the NFL.

Thats what happens when a baseball announcer calls a football game. Pretty good at baseball, not so much for football. And why the **** is anyone supposed to care what Matt Millen has to say? He took a bad franchise and made them historically bad, drafted incredibly poorly, was seemingly always in disarray yet we are supposed to listen to his words of wisdom on college AND the NFL??? He was a pretty good player but I just want to punch him in the mouth.

It's ironic, the only "analyst" I can even stomach on ESPN is Keyshawn. I guess Steve Young's OK too. Gruden and Jaworski make me want to shoot myself in the face. I'm gonna watch tomorrow's game at a bar just so I don't have to hear those useless asshats go back and forth using bland trite cliches about my team for 3 1/2 hours.

Good excuse to go to the bar to watch the game......I agree I hate whom ever is going to announce today's Steeler game, I'm going to the bar! Screw my son's Soccer game. Thanks A-team

jordan jefferson has a problem being compy in pocket also looking for his check down receivers. miles should be playing the other qb.

which one, lee? he had his chances last year. as for the freshman, he is talented like jordan, but needs more time, like jordan. it aggravates when he hits a receiver and they drop the ball. lafell can be good, and then he can be infuriating. a bye week for lsu, hoping they can take the time to work on where they're lacking.

and bigs, excellent point-the teams don't have much say in where they're ranked, and can only play and maybe try to live up to expectations-high as they may be sometimes.
i recall a few years back when auburn was preseason #1, and went down in flames. for some teams, the hype is just too much, and is unrealistic. lsu will win their share, but i'd have to think right now it's fla vs ala in atlanta for the sec.
