you could probably make your own sushi and use your 5th spot for something else.

Sorry to be difficult, but you didn't specify whether there were other inhabitants of this island already, or when you wrote that we could bring 5 things, if that included people.

I'm thinking of the story book uninhabited island.

Bringing a person would change things entirely. It may sound wonderful at first, but you'd be losing one of your five options, so perhaps simplyy picking a skilled survivalist would be a smart choice.

Please advise
