Yeah the interstate highway system that is in such bad shape that bridges are crumbling and rebuilding the roads is a major part of the stimlus package.

The armed forces -dont they famously buy $1000 toilets? Arent they severely undermanned? Are they really a model govt program?

If you believe most govt programs are efficently and effectively run then I guess we will just have to agree to disagree.
