He brandished an unregistered pistol in public and discharged it. WHether or not he injured just himself, or others, is a TOTAL moot point. When you have that much bread, carrying a gun is about as dumb as driving drunk. You should pay someone else to do it, someone qualified. I hope his celly bends him over lubeless for being so dumb.

So if I were to go outside and fire a gun, I shouldnt be punished because it caused noone harm? i dont get it.
