Just to play the devil's advocate, couldn't a horse breakdown if they were clean? Horseracing is a risky sport healthwise anyway you want to view it.

Without question, but injecting a horse with cobra venom is certainly increasing the chance of a breakdown. In doing so, he's showing direct disdain for the health of his horse and rider, and indirectly for the other riders and horses in the race.

No one was convicted of INJECTING this in a horse.It was found in a refrigerator in his office,and it belonged to the Vet.You guys have no proof whatsoever that Biancone or the vet ever used this on a horse.You are just ASS-UMING!

He did his time, I wish he would bring all of his horses back to NY and have Julian be his go to rider again. Those were the days.

I wouldn't say he did it,but it is over,he did time,and life goes on.He should be allowed to train away.
