I dont follow Trakus, maybe Fat Man has a better gauge, is this normal for the winner of a big race?
According to Trakus calculations, Zenyatta ran her last quarter mile in :22.49 and reached her maximum speed of 40 mph at the wire. also, is this fast? five-sixteenths of a mile in approximately 28.20 seconds

This is why accurate data has to be a top priority. I'll generate the TRAKUS chart at some point. EDIT: actually, this is because the TRAKUS DATA (and splits) is for 2F, 4F, 6F, 8F, and finish while, the traditional chart (position and lengths) for this distance would be: 2F, 4F, 6F, STRETCH, and finish |
