Why wasn't Battle of Hastings in this race? He beats Take the Points twice, who wins, lending one to believe Battle of Hastings would have a good shot at the big bonus.

I may be wrong, but wasn't the 9 best ? Murtagh has him under a drive before Kent even asked the 7 for run. Why ? Why attack a 35-1 shot who is about to back up ?

I doubt you'll ever get the real answer to that question. It's an unfortunate aspect of this game.

Anyone that studies the form and comes to their own conclusions and then either jumps on or off of a horse because of someone else's opinion deserves to lose.

Good call on Dynaforce. Hope you at least backed your opinion with a win bet.

He called his shot and actually hit a race. Just giving him his props. Not agreeing with anything. I know the results of the race and would be hard pressed to put that horse on my ticket if I was punching it now.

Right is right, he catches enough grief for all of his moronic predictions and touts.

Worst day of my handicapping career out there today. F'n Romancaca wins because of bs configurations, then that cow of a horse Dynaforce goes and wins, and then the diseased cow Stotsfold can't out grind Just as Well for 2nd.....

Grand!

I'm with you dude -- though I think Romocaca is actually pretty good.

Not that I bet the race but watching Mike Smith on Mr. Big in the 4th at Delmar improves Zenyatta's resume in my eyes, staying undefeated with Mr. Wide is an accomplishment that shouldn't never be understated.

this was a good effort today for Ponti.

the Classic does maybe fit him better than the Turf anyway. If you get Zenyatta, and a couple of the top Euros in the Classic and Ponti that could be another great race. Avoiding the Classic is starting to look like a mistake for Rachel.

He wasn't quite as good over it as he is on turf though. Went off favored in the Strub and got beat by some horses that are currently banging around high priced claiming company in California.
