head to head, rachel would win because of their running styles. as for the ten furlongs, i don't think she would have a proble. as for pace pressure, rachel is far from a need the lead type-altho she has won from up front, she most certainly has won from a stalking position more than once. zenyatta is one dimensional, whereas rachel is anything but. that said, zenyatta is a very nice mare, altho you have to wonder if she will ever pay the price for her come from behind style.

Seems simple enough to me
Z's the undefeated, undisputed champ. RA is the young challenger which has yet to face older competition. If RA wants to be the champ, she needs to come out to the champ's house this fall and take on the undefeated champ in the BIGGEST event of the year. |
