Absurb or not Rosario is a better rider statistically at Hollywood Pk than he is at Santa Anita or Delmar. Let's examine his record the last 3 meets:

22.25% (excluding today's card)
SA - 537 83 = 15.46%
Del - 254 36 = 14.17%
