From what I know of Hockey, I like him. He's always answering my questions. But "Loser Leaves Town Match" is priceless smack talking right there.

I believe Hockey owes it to the DT community to accept this young upstart's challenge and have some kind of $200 bankroll, Hollywood Park Friday night throwdown...

...loser leaves the site (at least for a week or two -- you know how those wrestling angles always work themselves out -- no such thing as retirement or leaving town forever).

That would require Mr. Hockey to actually post a pick and take the chance of being wrong... Like the last one.. Wed through Sunday Belmont... 2.00 WP on every race. No need for him to leave town, I am just interested in seeing the guys opinion... All I've seen his him coming over the top on others posts...

Has Nakatani lost his touch or what? I wonder when will he realize he can't live on his past reputation forever. It can't get much lower when you are schooled by the Marty Garcia.

BTW I didn't have a bet on Corey either.

Damn, Bro

I wouldn't bet Chinese money on Corey. Where've you been.

Nakatani
Flores
Espinoza

You could get a bunch of octogenarian crack heads together and they'd give you better rides than these bums.

They're dreadful, no clocks in their heads and no punch down the lane either.

Victor has given me good rides and I think he shouldn't be lumped in with these 2 turds, I'm going to throw in Husbands also, I thought his ride in the Plate was just dreadful, for a supposed top jock he has given TT the farthest trips in her 2 last races as Trackus will no doubt confirm. Check out her races from Wdb, Keeneland, and SA, the worst luck of any horse running today.

In my opinion not only should Victor be lumped in to the group, but he's the head turd. For some reason I always expect more from him and he constantly dissapoints me on a regular basis. I also have no problem with Flores and believe that you can find much bigger turds in that group than him.

I know he's taken a lot of heat from Fats but Rosario is improving every day. He's become a much better finisher and seems to be judging the pace exceptionally well.

I see Victor being lumped into a group that is the second best option when you get past Gomez and Bejarano.

In that group currently also are Solis, Rosario, and T Baze.

Then there is a further drop off to a third level. The Smokin Joe Talamo's, just what he's smoking is anyone's guess, the Martin Pedroza's, Martin Garcia's, Micheal Baze's.

The turd section is somewhat interesting, to me it's reserved for substandard riders that are living off their past reputations but still get bet, Nakatani fits as does Flores and or perhaps Valdivia(though he is an underrated turf rider). These guys have the ability but for whatever reason they rarely deliver on a consistent basis.

I will always bet a horse if I like him or her first regardless of the rider, however if that consists of having a turd as part of the package then the thought process for me is the odds should be higher not lower. In the case of Nakatani or Flores the odds will most likely be lower which is why I would rather have someone else aboard, a no name.

I'd consider a contest, but with a different format. I'd prefer something much longer, as a five day longshot picking fest proves nothing.

Didn't think you'd accept.. How about same format (2WP), every graded stakes race on Saturdays starting next weekend upto and including Breeders Cup. Picks in Sat by noon. Whomever is leading has to get their picks in first... Last digit on the close of the Dow (8,539.73) Thursday gets to choose for round 1... You low 1-5 me high 6-0...

I'd do something like that. If someone were willing to serve as a middle man for the picks each week that would be better.
