Again, you are passing judgement on an entire state because they are cheering at a sporting event for someone. Isn't that why fans are there.
Sorry, but they worship both of them. James Blake is a higher seeded american and he does not have the fans like Roddick. They are in love with Mickelson because of his phony little image with his blonde wife and kids. NYers love superficial garbage and Roddick and Mickelson are the kings.

I am a NY'er and Roddick and Mickelson are 2 of the guys I constantly root for to lose. Both phony arrogant snobs who have great lives but clearly know they'll never be the man, thanks to Tiger & Roger. You could see it in Roddick's face at the trophy presentation. That jerk didnt even clap for Federer when Roger held the trophy over his head and the crowd was applauding him. What a fraud Roddick is. Just like Phony Phil.

Notice it was said that Tiger wanted to meet Roger Federer and not Roddick. Tiger knows best. Phil should have came to meet Roddick. Talk about a match made in heaven.

I will guess you are from Southern California or Miami. They are the only people that are more phony than the New York crowd.

Last year of school. I actually live in Floral Park, which is on Long Island. I think I am going to Philadelphia to work next year.
