That's the reason. Can't get NYRA or Finger Lakes if you have a NY address.

The FLakes posts their replays minutes after the completion of the race. ANd they keep a long archive up for viewing too.

Where the hell is the Mahattan? ESPN did a nice job then this crap? And Twin Spires pulls the plug on live feed for this crap..
