You really should not consider this. There may be some attractive odds on different horses out there but the bottom line is NONE of those odds are in your favor to be successful in the scenario you described.

Despite a tough economy, and challenging job market, there is still always room for talented employees. It's out there for you, just go find it.

Don't you only bet like 4 times a year? Maybe not the best source of advice. . .

Baloney!

Drink, gamble and chase women, Curt!

Listen to some good music, and maybe buy some more music along the way.

I'm not prescribing or recommending anything I haven't done before.

Any other pursuits besides drinking, gambling, listening to music and/or chasing women will just be a waste of time.

Go for the glory while you've got the time, opportunity and motive.

Those stars don't align often in the lifetime of most.

Take a taste, and chew it well.

If it doesn't work out, just say "f-it" and come back again with a new plan.

At least you will always be able to say you had the nads to take the chance.

To bring it back to current relevance, I wish I would have chased the girl in The Preakness today.

I didn't cash a ticket.

No problem. I'm gonna watch my recording of the telecast in a few and enjoy it well.

Maybe in a few...and more.....I'll re-tell the story of today's Preakness as if I cashed BIG on Rachel Alexander....

:-)

This board is wearing thin.

Narcissists, many who post here, happen to be.

Myself not included, of course.

:-)

Seriously, the lame arse "tit for tat" that is a regular occurrence on most threads here day to day is becoming a huge reason not to even bother visiting here.

But perhaps....that's just my opinion.

Come to Saratoga this summer... I'll buy the first couple of beers
