Live poker would be a superior option if you had the requisite skills - much more beatable - very few people are capable of making a profit from horseplaying - basically you have to be a superior handicapper who can find hidden value and a creative bettor who can exploit those valuable opinions in a way that overcomes take-out and the efficiency of the pools. To be honest, if you were capable of doing this at this point, you wouldn't need to ask questions like "what kind of bets should I play?"

You really should not consider this. There may be some attractive odds on different horses out there but the bottom line is NONE of those odds are in your favor to be successful in the scenario you described.
Despite a tough economy, and challenging job market, there is still always room for talented employees. It's out there for you, just go find it. |
