Great news. I wish him well, it was great to hear from him today and I'm sure we all look forward to seeing him in the future. Get well soon Bob!
I don't want to speak for the doctors but if he had any of that drink they were making for Tiki Barber during the segment on Bravo, that might've done it. From what I could tell, it should've been renamed the Lights out Julep. |

Glad to hear Bob Neumeier is doing okay. He and Mike Battaglia and Bob Costas were my favorites on NBC's telecasts (Gary Stevens is good too, but I mean back when I first started watching horse racing).

Steve, I don't suppose you can get anywhere near the NBC folks on Saturday and tell them we're sending our thoughts and prayers to Bob, could you?

I think he calls or called the Boston Bruins games, hope he gets well especially with the Bruins looking to go deep this playoffs.

Neumeir called Bruins games on the radio in the late 90s/early 2000s. Some lean years for the Bs, but Bob did his best to make the games as enjoyable as possible. Have always been a big fan of his; hockey, track and field and especially horse racing. Here's to a speedy recovery.
