Rough crowd here. This is a tragedy, and he should be punished, but the chair? Even Texas probably wouldn't do that.

Let God deal with the case, and you're the one that thinks they are so smart when sitting on a jury panel and wont throw the switch.

The only problem with the death penalty is the possibility of putting an innocent person to death. In this case there is no doubt whatsoever that he was responsible (or flagrantly unresponsible if you prefer).

You can't stop all this, but I am covinced we can keep these bastards from going thru red lights. I mean say 5 seconds or so after it turns red(so nobody can say it was yellow-thought I could make it...Mlissa fkn Manchester style,) they could have an ubstruction of some sort go up(that, or activate underground magnets progressively.....so the car gradually is slowed before it can go into the intersection.) If we can go the moon, we can sure keep trash from going thru a red light n' taking the top off cars.
