The best solutions will be to disable the auto when driver is intoxicated, and
those ankle bracelets that alert the police when a certain alcohol level is reached(mainly for "house-arrest") types....but you get the idea!

It's worse than DUI, he has been driving with a suspended license and been sited for nurmerious violations and with all disreguard for the system he did as he damn well pleased.

I cant talk about the rest of the nation, but in SoCal you see drivers that will blow through red lights and stop signs like they were not there. There is a large number of dangerious drivers that weave in and out of 4 lanes at over 80 mph with less than a 1/2 car between them.

He had no license and a pile of tickets that NOBODY was going to anything about, so he was pissing on the system.

We need to send his hood rat A s s to Texas so he punishment will be carried out. Bleeding heart Democrats in California haven't fried someone in decades.

I think the biggest factor is the state is broke. There are whole talk radio shows dedicated to not raising taxes. Criminals take advantage of the fact people don't want to pay to punish them. If we would stop encouraging illegal aliens to come up here and have kids, then it would be a damn good start to a better fiscal situation. Of course we should allow immigration, but it should be up to us to determine at what rate we do that. Other countries wouldn't allow this many poor people to come live there. We can't do it either.
