Paraglalo should be banned from entry to any NY race track and beyond. Enough is enough. Horse Racing is the business I've chosen to entertain myself and I would like to see it suceed on a straighter path.

Can this be accurate, 4686 runners ? That's 390.5 runners per year '96-'09. Or is that 4686 starts ? Either way , can some one explain the rationality behind these numbers ? I'm dumbfounded .
