Was incredibly shocked to hear this, especially after someone told me, relatively out of the blue, about how she was getting farther along in her recovery. All I can think is maybe it's a bit like Barbaro where they figure things are getting a bit better and then laminitis appeared.

I will always remember the time Abrams tried to drape some tassles or whatever that was over her eyes in the paddock at Del Mar to supposedly shield her eyes from the jumbotron. She almost slung him thru a wall! RIP, Spenditallbaby...I was a fan of yours.

I remember that as well. Didn't realize that was her. I loved how Abrams didn't get upset at her. RIP
